Many summer camps off TEFL teachers internships for the course of the summer where the teachers can hone their skills working with children and the camp can offer non native English speakers a chance to get instruction in English.

There are lots of websites that offer downloadable lesson plans and activities to help teachers work with students and keep their teaching fresh and exciting.
